Day 38: Found The Motivation

Lately, I've been struggling. I've been tired and trying to find the motivation to workout. I've been wrapped up in life and find little time to workout at times. I, at times, find myself thinking I haven't changed and I can put off my workout till tomorrow. Well, I found the motivation. Just when I didn't think I haven't changed, people have mentioned that they've seen a change in me. A few friends of mine that I haven't seen in a few weeks, asked me what I've been doing, if I've been hitting up the gym and how much weight have I lost. And few others that I tend to see more often have mentioned that they noticed I was losing weight and that I look good. As vain as that is, that did give me some motivation. So much so, that before my friend's pool party, I did my Combat 60 and to add some variety, I did a bit of Brazilian Butt Lift Bum Bum. And I even went as far as to don a bikini and I took off the cover-up lol.

Today, to make up for the missed workouts during the long Memorial Day weekend, I'm going to do two workouts - I think Power Kata and a HIIT workout. And I'm sure the two workouts will have me sore tomorrow like yesterday's workout had me sore today. Good news is that I can still get sore, especially the butt area. I so need to workout the butt lol.

I've been continuing to do better with the eating thing. Well, for the most part. Yesterday's food went out the window. I blame that on being in the pool and the sun and the pool lol. I'm going to try and do better with the eating again. Hopefully all the working out and eating better will help me lose more pounds. I weighed myself the other day for my weekly weigh in and the number hasn't gone down.. But, at least the number didn't go up, so I'm okay with it.

I'm doing a challenge with my Beachbody coach for the next 90 days :) I know that during my challenge with my coach, my Beachbody challenge will be done and I'll need to find another program so I need to think of which I want to do next. I'm thinking another round of Combat or maybe switching it up so I can confuse my body? Hmm....
