34 More Days & Day 2 of C25K
Well, I showed up and I did it! That's my accomplishment of the day. I found that today went better than the other day, as I should hope it does lol. While I did find myself getting bored on the treadmill during my workout, I found that the run times were getting easier to do? Not too easy that I can just breeze on through, but easy enough where I couldn't believe that the jogging interval was done at times. I forgot my weigh in and measurements this morning but I should get those either tomorrow or Saturday since I don't work in the AM. I do know that since I was tired, I indulged and got my Starbucks and sugar free Red Bull :( I really need to find alternatives that will still give me a boost or at least something with less sugar than my usual at Starbucks. Anyone know of anything, aside from like black coffee or a caffeinated tea? My eating still needs work, but I wasn't as bad as I thought I'd be; I didn't consume like 3000 calories like I felt like I did ...
