Day 29: Almost Halfway
So this past week has been a train wreck for me. Well, a train wreck for my challenge schedule. I did a lot of overtime and I was so tired from work that I would seriously come home and just pass out for the night. So I took those days to rest cause I know I needed to go into work. And that two weeks straight of work without a day off is over!!! I did manage to fit in a few workouts, but not enough for the Beachbody challenge. I did manage to do my fair bit of walking so I wasn't completely inactive. I'm going to make up for missing the challenge workouts tomorrow. I'll fit in some Combat 30 and some Shock Plyo. I'm sure I'll feel the Power HIIT tomorrow in my thighs lol.
While I lacked being as active as I would have liked, I did try to do better with my eating. I haven't been hitting my macros like I want to. I'm trying to, but sometimes its so hard. I've upped my calorie count an extra 100 calories since I was worried about my calorie intake since I've been active lately. We'll see how that goes when I weigh myself tomorrow for Day 30! I might do some pics for that as well.
And since I try not to put too much stock in the number on my scale, I did some measurements (post-dinner - bad, I know lol) and I was pleasantly surprised. I lost nine inches overall so far. Three from the waist, 1.5 from the chest (unfortunately), an inch from the hips, and some inches from the thighs! I was super happy about the thighs part and the waist lol. There were a few inches lost from other areas but those are what I've been most happiest about.
