I'm Home Again...
With my workout that is! I'm back on Les Mill's Combat, baby! I just did my day 1 workout - Combat 30! And I have to say, I thought I was going to go back to sucking, but I didn't! I'm still not super fast but I didn't die and I somewhat kept up with all those kicks. So I'm taking that as a win. I haven't really done much cardio since I've gotten into lifting, but there's some thing about Combat that makes it awesome. I have that lovely post workout euphoria! Also, as well as doing that Beachbody challenge once again this year, I've also decided on doing this BPI Best Self 6 Week Challenge . I figure it's a good way to get back into a lifting routine instead of going sporadically as I have been doing lately. The program I chose to get into for this challenge is 12 Week Daily Trainer With Kris Gethin .
