Day 12: Again! I Wanna Go Again!
I just did the Shock Plyo workout and it was better than it was before. I was in it more!!! I really felt like I wanted to stop but I pushed through it. I did some modifiers for when I felt like that and when I could, I went to try to go up a level. I am so pumped from the workout, I want to do it again. And here I was, making excuses at first and dreading it after that long day of work! Pshh! I really want to do it again! Like REALLY want to! LOL I am even thinking of popping in Insanity, I am that pepped from Combat! I still might! If I'm this way this early in the workout, I can't wait to see how I get further in!! I've got the Combat fever and I love it!!!
