Day 22: Tired.... Just Sooooo Tired
I have another 6 more days till my next days off. It can't come soon enough. I feel so tired physically. All I do is wake up, go to work, come home, workout and sleep. And then I do that all over again. I think the continuous cycle has me slacking in my workouts this week. I keep pressing "Play" cause I want to finish the challenge. I have another five short weeks.
I did really good today, until I got to dinner. I think I was still craving some things that I didn't get at lunch so I wanted some for dinner. I shouldn't have been so bad lol. I was good for the most part of the day until the end. I'll have to really push myself in today's workout to get some of these calories off today. That'll be a challenge after today. But I'm told the best time to workout is when I'm exhausted and when I allow myself like a cheat meal so I have something to burn? LOL I don't know if that's true, but I'll just go with it.
Before bed tonight: Combat 60. We'll see how I do with gloves on. I can feel the discouragement in my kicks for that one segment already lol (I so need more Basics work). However, last night's workout left my butt sore today so that was awesome! That makes me want to do 60 tonight. And it makes me want to do the squat challenge that's going on in one of the groups I'm in, but I think that needs to happen after the abs challenge I'm going to start next Saturday.
Something you all should know, I hate sit-ups and crunches and planks. Especially when done on the floor, but I think with all this change I'm trying to do, I should give it a try. It's a 30 day challenge so it's feasible. Although, I don't know if I can do as many as it says on day 1 lol. We'll just try and hope for the best.
Well I'm off to workout on my Saturday night. I'll let you all know how it goes.
