Day 30: HALFWAY POINT!!!
Day 30 done! Another day of Combat 60 in the bag! I did feel better with it. I still suck at that kick section that Dan and Ray do, but it's better! And I did do something that's either really good OR really bad lol. During the part with all the upper cuts and jobs and all that, I threw an upper and then there came what felt like a cramp on my right side. That "cramp" caused me to slow down a portion of the workout till it felt all right again. Now I don't know it's cause I was pushing myself and was powering through and was being awesome OR if it's cause I did something wrong that I'll feel tomorrow in a bad way lol.
I was pushing myself because I did some halfway measurements as I said yesterday. And I was worried about the weigh in today. This past week, I was not exactly the best. But, surprisingly, I lost almost another 3 pounds?
Tomorrow, it's going to be a combo of Combat 30 and Shock Plyo! Hopefully I don't feel tweaked tomorrow with the side lol.
Can't wait for the end of this Beachbody Challenge to see what results I get!
