Day 26: Getting Back On Track

So yesterday, rather than working out after dinner and work, I just fell asleep. I think I've just been so sleep deprived lately that as soon as I just laid down, I was out for the night lol. So for today, I was so tempted not to workout, but I did! I did my Combat 45: Power Kata. I changed up my Combat schedule but I'm going to get all the days in for my challenge. I'm determined to. Especially since I'm experiencing that post workout high. I'm wanting to do another workout - I'm in that good a mood.

My eating today was better. Although, now I'm questioning my calorie intake. I'm wondering if it's enough. And if not, well what's enough? And how much should I be burning to lose weight? Right now, I feel all right. I feel like I'm okay at 1200; I've been feeling okay and I've been losing weight.
I'm not starving all the time since I've been eating every few hours. I don't feel too fatigued or anything out of the ordinary. Hmm.... Maybe I should up the calories to 1300 and give that a try. Although, some days, it's hard to get 1200 calories. Lately, I've been like 5 calories short of the 1200 calories or over by like 10 - 50.
