Feeling Like It's Day One All Over Again!

So my birthday and Vegas has come and gone. And it was a good time with the exception of the bad diet while there and getting injured. I sprained my ankle so it's leaving little possibilities of doing some Combat or T25 or even doing some boxing/kickboxing any time soon. I'm hoping to be up and ready by Friday at the soonest to do some sort of kickboxing or something. I know I can do some workouts that are easier on the ankle. I'm thinking it might be a good time to go back to doing some Pilates. I did like it before. I just worry that I'll get bored with it since I love the high intensity of Combat and T25. With the temporary hindrance, I'm also going to use this time and focus on my diet. I'm lowering my calorie intake by 100 calories for the next week or so since I'm not going to get the workouts I was getting. I figure, this is as good a time as any to try and get a hang of eating cleaner and being conscious of what I'm putting into my body. I ne...

It's Time For Focus

It's week one of Shaun T's Focus T25 !!! While I still love  Les Mills Combat - like LOVE since it's the program I actually completed and didn't get discouraged and I actually lost weight on - I wanted a change to see how I'd like something else. Plus, there's something appealing about the idea of being able to get an effective workout in in 25 minutes a day. Plus, it's Shaun T - I love him. For those of you that don't know about Focus T25, it's Shaun T's new workout. It's a 10 week program consisting of 5 weeks in each phase - an alpha and a beta. Alpha focuses on your foundation while Beat focuses on your core. Here's a clip of what you can expect. Below are some pics of what comes in the workout package aside from the DVDs.
