Day 24: Off Schedule

Well, these past few days have thrown me off schedule. I'm tired and need a day off; I'll be on my either day of work straight tomorrow. And it's not that that's getting to me, surprisingly (It use to be when I was heavier and my feet hurt). The different work times are mainly what's throwing me off. I'm use to working mornings. And after work, I workout and it's done. Then I went from morning to evening and it wasn't too bad. I got my workout in in the morning. But then to go from an evening to an evening, I was too tired to hear my alarm before work to have time to workout, or at least do the workout I wanted (I still had a mini workout, just not a Combat workout since I was stressed for time). I think this is why I wasn't working out and losing weight when I worked nights. I so don't want to go back to that.

Tomorrow, I get to go back to working mornings; back to my usual schedule - something I can't wait for. I can get back on track with my usual routine and back to Combat! Tomorrow is suppose to be a rest day, but I'm going to make up for the workouts I've missed. So it'll be Combat 60 tomorrow, followed by HIIT Plyo, Power Kata and HIIT Power. No rest day for me for the rest of my week. I so need the workout! I think it's affecting my mood to go so long without my workout and schedule lol.

Today's eating didn't do anything for my fitness goals either. I made poor choices as to what I ate, but my portions are better, smaller. Like for lunch, I got pasta, but rather than eating the whole serving, I ate half, skipped the dinner roll, and I pretty much ate the veg and chicken in the pasta rather than the pasta. I also ate two slices of thin crust pizza. There was a time when I could've eaten that whole pizza cause I thought it was wimpy, but I shared it and I found that I was full and fine with those little slice. I also have been mindful of my macros. I adjusted it in my MyFitnessPal app to reflected those changes. I was using it for calories, but now I want to a go a bit further to better track what my intake is.
