Day 19 Done
Today, I was better than yesterday :) I kept track of what I ate. I tried to eat healthier today. And it went better than it did yesterday. I got my warm breakfast in. And my snacks and all my water and then some. Hopefully tomorrow goes just as well.
I did Combat 60 today. While some parts got better than the first day I did it, some parts were just as bad - or at least seemed like it. I need to get back to the Basics and do that TKD and Muay Thai over and over and over again to do kicks and knees lol. And while I'm there, I'll go over some boxing form and techniques. I feel like my punches have been getting better. My kicks do need work, specifically the side kicks.
While the weight hasn't gone down as much as I was hoping for yet, I think I've lost a few inches. The arms are looking slimmer and I think if I shed the layers of fat, my legs would look better too lol. Hopefully the diet will help do that. I'm hopeful to see the end results since I'm only in week 3.
Tomorrow is Shock Plyo - yikes! I can feel the soreness from today coming for me tomorrow :P I'll keep ya all in the loop and let you know how it goes.
