It's My Stats-urday
So today was my Focus T25 Stats-urday. I don't know how much has changed since I didn't really do pre-T25 measurements so, I'm going to use this week's measurement as my starting ones, which I'll post on here. I've sadly gained some inches and weight since my last official weigh in at end of my last Beachbody program. Give, I haven't ballooned up to where I was and people still say I look good but I want to be better because I know I can. I haven't been religiously doing my workouts as I should. My T25 workouts haven't been as intense or has been as often as I would like, but at least I'm getting in there and getting it done. I have been doing some Brazilian Butt Lift - High & Tight. I need work on my butt and love the burn I get from that particular workout so I've been adding it to my weekly workouts. I think I might up it to doing it twice a week.
