Day 32: Feelin' The Burn
So good news, didn't feel tweaked from that unexpected cramp the other day! YAY! Also some awesomeness, I'm totally feeling the burn in my bum bum from my day of doing Shock Plyo and Combat 30 back to back. That was the other day. Combat 60 following that workout day is keeping me sore in my arms but in a good way. Hopefully, today's Power Kata will keep the burn going, but I kinda doubt it. I felt like I half-assed it since I was tired. I should've had like some caffeine or something before because not enough sleep took it's toll on today's workout and today in general. I'm sure it'll be like this tomorrow. I'm determined to get through this week's workouts to get back on track to the Challenge schedule and actually have a rest day instead of 10 days straight of working out. As much as I love the workouts, I still like my rest days.
Bad news: I ate horribly today. I got to my calorie number I needed, but did not get completely good food to get there. Tomorrow, I need to eat better and keep trying to get better with the eating. I'm really thinking about trying out Shakeology as a meal, specifically breakfast, but sometimes I just really want something hot to eat. And unfortunately, that doesn't always mean healthy at times. But at least I'm not skipping breakfast or other meals and I am eating tinier portions and trying to make better decisions.
Combat 60 is up tomorrow. I can feel the burn in my arms already lol. I'm looking forward to Saturday, my next rest day.
