Day 8: Just Keep Going
So, I'm going to be honest, and I haven't been doing all that well with my nutrition and workouts. I've done one official workout and have been tracking my food and water intake. I know I need more drive so I'll work on that today.
And I haven't been doing much in terms of the weight loss group challenge's daily assignments so I'm catching up on all that on here, today! I did the 12th's assignment and did my measurements. That's posted on another day.
13th's Assignment: What’s one thing you are doing right?
Well I don't feel like I'm doing much of anything right. I have been tracking my food and I have been eating as opposed to really badly only eating once or twice a day. So I suppose that counts?
14th's Assignment: Where do you work out? Home or Gym? Do you follow a program?
I workout at both the gym and home. I found a few programs and have fused the two together to get my workout routine or weight training and cardio.
15th's Assignment: A quote that inspires you or that you love.
I find a lot of inspiring quotes. I think today's is something I need to keep in mind: Positive people also have negative thoughts. They just don't let them control them.
I need to focus and be positive and don't let the negativity of everything and everyone affect me as much as it has.
I think I really need to get a trainer. I've been thinking about it for a while now and I just need to do it for me! I need to cutback in other places of my life and just do it. I think I've found a trainer but I'm still shopping around. Maybe my other gym will have other people there. I just need to keep motivated and keep going.
I also just need to keep motivated with my business. It's not going anywhere and I know I just need something to get me going, to get me focused on work. I need to work on more videos. That's one of the goals of today - re-do my welcome video and do a mascara application video.
I have so many things to work on and I just need some motivation and to just keep going (If you can't tell, that's my mantra today)!!!!
