Day 21: So Off The Wagon That It's Another Day 1
So sadly, I have not been very good at this challenge. I've been eating poorly and not enough and I don't exercise outside of work (I'm a server and I walking around my restaurant during a shift is at least five miles, but I'm not counting that as exercise; that's work). So today is another day 1. My friends want to go to Vegas for the new year so I might as well use that as a goal deadline. I've lost motivation for all things lately and I need to find my way back. So maybe in an attempt to do so, here's more assignments from my little challenge group that may make me feel more motivated.
16th: What do you do that makes you feel like a rock star/badass?
I think the thing that makes me feel most like a bad ass is a great leg day and a kickboxing session. There's something about the two that makes me feel great. I wish an upper body day did it but sadly it doesn't. I think it's cause I don't feel anything in my upper body when I do them short of throwing punches at a heavy bag.
20th: Tell yourself 3 reasons you can succeed
1. I can do it when I'm focused
2. I like myself better when I'm healthy
3. I CAN DO IT WHEN I'M FOCUSED & CONSCIOUS OF MYSELF
21st: Favorite workout song
I love most of Britney Spear's fast songs and remixed ones. Lately, I've been loving Shots & Squats. I feel like I need to go back and live that life lol.
27th: How do you reward yourself?
How do I reward myself? It should be with a manicure or new workout clothes. It reminds me I'm going in the right direction when I get to wear different, smaller clothes.
28th: Tips you’ve picked up along the way?
I don't know if they're tips, but they're things that work for me. I like to eat through my day a lot through out my day to keep me fueled lol. And I know things in moderation will work. I don't do diets, I just try to not eat like crap and make better health choices. I know I should go back to portion control and "diet" meal prep to get back into the swing of things.
Anyways, I need to get onto my business as well. I'm trying to not get discouraged, but it's hard when your own friends and family don't buy or help you spread the word. Oh, well. I must try to get motivated and get on top of that. I need more videos and to get out there and to invest in more makeup (which is not a bad thing; I love makeup lol) to better my excitement for the products. We'll see how this goes. I wanted November to be my re-launch month.
