Day 5: So Great To Be Moving Again!

Today is my 5th day into my challenge. And I have to say, I was so bored and found myself missing my Combat last night as I was doing my BBL Bum Bum workout. I missed all the kicking and the punching lol. I miss that BAMF feeling I get from the workout.

However, while I miss it, I do like the change up that BBL is giving me. I am sore from last night's Bum Bum workout. And that was like 30 minutes of a workout. And I wasn't even able to give it my all cause I had to modify my moves and intensity to accommodate my ankle. I feel the soreness in my thighs and my butt.  It's fantastical!!! That's right - I said "fantastical"!

I haven't felt this in a while. I think it's cause I have missed almost a month of workouts? It feels longer than like a month. I feel like the Pilates I was doing wasn't much of a workout cause I didn't get the sweat and the burn that I got from my usual workouts. Although, I think I prefer the Pilates workout over the BBL Tummy Tuck. I know I still get a core workout with Pilates but I don't feel as strained. I think I might do that over the Tummy Tuck if I continue to dislike it lol.

With the start of this challenge, I also did some measurements and pics. I gained inches and some pounds but I know weight can fluctuate between 2, 3 pounds a day and depending on when I take my stats so I wasn't too taken aback by a difference of 2, 3 pounds, but thankfully it was only like 1, 2 pounds difference since the last time I recorded my weight. Also, I don't know if that's weight or water weight since I'm PMSing at the moment. And when I get into that phase, I love nothing but salty foods - Forget chocolate, McDonald's french fries are my crack lol.

So below are my goals and stats. I'm posting things up so it's out there and it's not a secret and I can hold myself accountable. My official weigh in days are on Tuesdays since that's the start of my workout regiment and I'll try and gauge my weight better than but the number is what I took the other night.

Goals for this 60 Day Challenge
- I want smaller thighs ( at least -0.5")
- I want my waist to be smaller (at least -0.5")
- I want to lose 5 pounds.

Starting Weight (@6:02 pm): 127.6
Chest: 36"
Waist: 34"
Arms (L/R): 11"/11.5"
Hips: 36.5"
Thighs (L/R): 21.5"/21.5"
