3 More Days Till My Next Challenge

I'm going to be starting a new Beachbody challenge. It won't be my T25 since I still feel a bit wonky on my ankle doing some of those moves :( The new one is going to be through my coach, doing Brazilian Butt Lift. I think my ankle will be okay for that and if not, well, it'll be back to modifiers or something. I already know I want to do that with the Tummy Tuck workout. I hate doing that DVD.

I'm excited for it, but at the same time not. I can't wait to start and do the program so excited for that. What I'm not excited for is the that it won't be my Combat workout lol. I can't wait to be back to working out. Not working out for this past week, two weeks has made me feel so lazy, but I know my ankle needed it after 8 hours on my feet at work. I only really get to sit for 30 minutes on my break or when I pee lol.

I so need to get my eating under control. I can't eat the way I did when I was working out when I'm not working out. I know this new challenge will help with that. I also need to try and use the nutribullet more to try and change up some snacks and meals. I did like it when I used it so have to go shopping for the ingredients I like.
