Day 19: Feeling Like I'm Falling Off The Wagon
Well, I feel like I've fallen back into my old ways sadly. I know that's not completely true, since I'm down a pound or two this week, but it sure as heck feels like it. I've been so tired lately with the adjustment to my schedule, adding in school into the mix. And if that wasn't enough to add to my weeks, I'm adding in volunteer time as well as attempting to train for a 5k.
I'm determined to making this work. I think I also need to change up my workout. I think BBL is not for me right now. I miss Combat a bit more than I thought I would. I miss Dan and Rach! I miss the music! I miss the sweaty awesomeness that came with it from all the kicks and punches! Don't get me wrong. I do like BBL. There are fun aspects and moves that I get with it that I don't get with Combat. Maybe I should do a hybrid of the two and see where that takes me. I know I'd look forward to Combat 30 or 45 or 60 more than I do the Cardio Axe. And I know I do like the Sculpt and the High & Tight over the HIIT Power. And I can trade off on the HIIT Plyo on some days. The more I think about it, the more I want a second round of Combat! I'll just try and modify things since my ankle is still tender (I would love my ankle to be healed, but I don't think it's happening as fast since work and I still workout - at times harder than I should cause I hate feeling like such a bum).
I still need to get my eating under control. Before, I wasn't eating enough and now I eat too much for my inactivity level! Ahh! lol.
Also, because of the urge to do some Combat, I've been getting my girl crush on with Gina Carano. And I've had Haywire on repeat so here's my inspirational clip? LOL Plus, I love this scene cause it has Michael Fassbender :P
