End of Week One
So I did sort of well this week. I did try to do the portion control from 21 Day Fix with the boxes. I also did track my food this week on MyFitnessPal, all of it - the good and the bad. I've been also trying to get more water in. To do so, I've just gotten use to throwing my blender bottle in my bag and just drinking at least 4 of those a day.
I worked out most of the week, but I did miss yesterday's workout. Today is my off day from that Elite Body workout I'm doing. So I'm using today to do a different workout, which will probably be a cardio day (I think I'm going to try 21 Day Fix's Plyo Fix). I need more cardio in my life, even though lately I've avoided it. Hopefully 21 Day Fix has fun cardio.
Oh, recent change, I've been trying out contact lenses. It's a odd; I'm use to having glasses and fidgeting with them to help focus but now I don't have them. I still want to touch my glasses and find myself just touching my face lol. I think I want the doctor to fix the prescription a bit since I feel a bit blind even after the long adjustment period lol. It does take a while for the contact to adjust, like even as I'm typing this I'm seeing double and it's a bit blurred in one eye. Also, maybe I need to get different lenses, I find that my eyes feel really dry, even after putting eye drops. I need a lot of eye drops every so often to make my eyes feel better. My friend said it might be the lenses, so we'll see how this goes after this trial period.
