It's My Stats-urday
So today was my Focus T25 Stats-urday. I don't know how much has changed since I didn't really do pre-T25 measurements so, I'm going to use this week's measurement as my starting ones, which I'll post on here. I've sadly gained some inches and weight since my last official weigh in at end of my last Beachbody program. Give, I haven't ballooned up to where I was and people still say I look good but I want to be better because I know I can.
I haven't been religiously doing my workouts as I should. My T25 workouts haven't been as intense or has been as often as I would like, but at least I'm getting in there and getting it done. I have been doing some Brazilian Butt Lift - High & Tight. I need work on my butt and love the burn I get from that particular workout so I've been adding it to my weekly workouts. I think I might up it to doing it twice a week. I haven't been doing much progression on my weights program this past week. I seem to do my best when it's been my day off work and can focus, but I need to be better and be able to do it during the week.
And while my workouts haven't been as on point as I would like, my food has gotten a bit better. I have made a more conscious effort to keep track of my food. Doing that usually keeps me from overindulging and also has me trying to make better food choices. Although, tonight was not the best since my sister came in to town and wanted some fried fattening foods she can't get in Boston so we indulged her lol. And I indulged myself :P
Anyway, here are my measurements
Chest: 36.5
Waist: 34
Hips: 37
Arms (L/R): 11.5/ 11.5
Thighs (L/R): 22/ 22
Weight: ?
I don't know what my weight is since I don't trust my scale; I must be heavier than what my scale displayed. I'll have to try the scale at the gym to see what that tells me.
Tomorrow's workout will hopefully be better. I'm going to try and do a workout or two that I missed from this week. And I'm going to try and get Stretch in as well as a class, like some kickboxing or hot yoga. If I don't get my class in tomorrow, that's what I use my day off for :) We'll see how it goes.
